Our buyer's agent, Julie Studenroth, truly cherishes her Forest Heights community! With a genuine passion for bringing people together, Julie took the initiative to revive the beloved annual yard sale in 2021 after it had come to a halt a couple years prior. Recognizing the community's desire to continue this event, Julie became the driving force behind its resurgence. Since then, the yard sale has flourished -- fostering a sense of camaraderie and enjoyment for the neighborhood. Way to go Julie for organizing yet another fantastic Forest Heights Yard Sale!
