Meet the Twins
Katie Fracasso & Jennifer Raynak left prior careers over 25 years ago to team up and sell real estate with a purpose. Their goal was to not just help their clients change their address, but to help people make meaningful transitions in their lives through real estate. With Katie specializing in working exclusively with sellers, and Jennifer specializing in working exclusively with buyers, their clients truly get “two for one” and the individual attention and expertise other agents simply can’t provide. As best friends, sisters, and business partners- these two have built a real estate practice built exclusively on referrals -- selling close to 100 homes a year!

On March 15th, NAR (The National Association of Realtors) and plaintiffs reached a proposed settlement agreement that would end litigation of claims brought on behalf of home sellers related to broker commissions; the settlement is subject to court approval.
