Jennifer Raynak

Owner & Principal Broker
jennifer@twinteamrealty.com

With more than 25 years of experience working exclusively with buyers in the Portland metro market, Jennifer has honed a specialized set of skills she expertly wields on behalf of her clients. Her in-depth understanding of each unique neighborhood and how to properly position buyers to win in today's competitive market make her a force to be reckoned with at the negotiation table. As a Portland native, Jennifer grew up going to Kennedy School back when it was still a school - before they served beer in the classrooms. Introduced to a love for adventure by her mother (who just so happened to be the first Twin Team assistant), Jennifer passion for travel can only be rivaled by her passion for a good ol’ fashioned house hunt. When not managing the Twin Team’s incredible sphere, Jennifer can be found escaping to the Oregon coast to get sandy and salty with her new rescue pup Tater or checking travel destinations off her bucket list.

Katie Fracasso

Owner & Broker
katie@twinteamrealty.com

The pioneer of the Twin Team business, Katie obtained her real estate license in 1996. After deciding things would be a little more fun with some good friends along for the ride, Katie recruited her twin sister (you may recognize her) and mother to the team soon after. Katie has spent the last 25 years specializing in listing homes in the Portland area and is a master of her craft. A hopeless house romantic, Katie believes any home can be made to shine, no matter how much love and attention it may need. With a passion for renovation projects and interior design, Katie enjoys helping clients transform their homes and the satisfaction of seeing their amazement at the finished product. With a deep love of animals, Katie and her husband Steve are on their second adoption of a career change yellow lab (Brady) from Guide Dogs for the Blind. During her down time, Katie enjoys spending time at her beach house on the Oregon coast and exploring new places and traveling
the world.

Julie Studenroth

Broker
julie@twinteamrealty.com

Julie has been a licensed agent since 2005, and originally joined The Twin Team in early 2020 as our full-time Buyers Agent. Though she has been working with both buyers and sellers for nearly 20 years, she has a strong affinity towards helping buyers to search for, find, and ultimately hold the keys to the home of their dreams. Julie originally hails from Massachusetts but moved to Oregon 25 years ago and has called Oregon “home” ever since. In her spare time, Julie loves getting outside to enjoy the breathtaking beauty that only the Pacific Northwest can offer -- taking it in alongside her husband and two kids by way of hiking, camping, skiing, and trips to the Oregon Coast. Julie and her family are also actively involved with Youth Charity League, where they enjoy helping their community together through volunteering.

Lita Batho

Broker
lita@twinteamrealty.com

While Lita has a calm presence, she also loves to win -- which makes her an excellent advocate for our clients. In real estate she enjoys learning the unique story of each client and finding solutions that best serve their circumstances. From the initial meeting through the end of the home buying or selling process, she will leave no stone unturned to craft the best outcome for their needs. Lita’s background in art gives her an intuitive and observant eye for the aesthetics of a home, while her competitive nature ensures that you have someone loyal and tenacious in your corner. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Lita relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1995 and has lived in Portland since 2001. When not working, you’ll find her cultivating an ever-expanding flower garden, doing home improvement projects, or walking in her favorite neighborhoods.

Jennifer Jones

Program Director | Seniors on the Move
jennifersharpejones@gmail.com

Known for her big heart and quick wit, Jennifer is our trusted transition specialist for the Seniors on the Move program - a division of the Twin Team focused on helping clients making late-in-life transitions out of life long homes. After advising many of our senior clients to consider intergenerational housing solutions to their growing care needs, Jennifer made the choice to take her own advice and built an Additional Dwelling Unit (also known as an ADU or Mother in Law suite) in her back yard last year. This space will eventually serve as a home for Jennifer’s aging parents (and in the meantime, provides an excellent housing option for her daughter while she attends college). Jennifer’s empathetic warmth and genuine investment in helping family friends and aging clients is unparalleled and invaluable to our team. If it were up to her, she’d happily build ten more ADUs for clients who struggle to keep up their home but aren’t quite ready for assisted living. As an active environmentalist, adoring mother, and politically savvy citizen, Jennifer is one cool cat who loves nothing more than quality family time.

Missi Clements

Licensed Director of Operations
missi@twinteamrealty.com

As the operational hub of the business, Missi handles all administrative tasks from pre-list to market and contract to close for each client and home sale. Her impressive attention to detail and ability to keep each transaction on time and on track is invaluable to the team. Missi is not only passionate about homing people, she’s also dedicated her adult life to matching rescue dogs with deserving homes, too! Beginning her dog-loving journey in high school by volunteering for local rescues and hosting adoption events, her passion for dog rescue was reignited when she adopted her canine soul-mutt Olive in 2015. When "One Tail at A Time- Portland” came to be, Missi hopped on board shortly thereafter and has worn many hats within the organization. Missi and her partner have fostered over 25 dogs with assistance from Olive in the last few years — adopting one for themselves along the way, aptly naming him Foster.
