What is Seniors on the Move?
Going above and beyond the typical real estate transaction, our Seniors on the Move program is designed to assist clients making late-in-life transitions. Moving out of a lifelong home comes with a diverse set of challenges and our program helps clients understand and streamline the process from start to finish. We work to make senior moves more manageable by giving our clients and their families access to specialized resources, from home prep and sale support to financial planning and legal advice. When you work with our Seniors on the Move team, you’ll be partnered with a Transition Specialist free of charge. Together, you and your Transition Specialist will discuss your specific circumstances and decide on an appropriate course of action. If a move is in your future, we’ll use our unique menu of services to help you rightsize your life with a minimum of stress.

“As a dedicated move counselor within an amazing team of Realtors, I specialize in assisting older adults who wish to sell their homes and move to retirement or assisted living communities. Beginning with an initial consultation, I aim to address any questions you have, help you determine which steps you're ready to take, assist in establishing your ideal timeline, and identify which resources will best support your decisions.
Once you are ready to make a move, my job will be to guide and assist you from beginning to finish to ensure a seamless transition. From pre-move preparations to destination planning and logistics, space organization, what to do with items you no longer want, and how we will get your house ready to go on the market, I’ll be there every step of the way. I’m committed to helping you go through this process with as much joy and ease as possible, and will be there on your moving day to ensure there is minimal disruption in your life — allowing you to focus your energy where it will have the biggest payoff. I'll handle any concerns that may arise, ensuring you can rest easy knowing that we're navigating this journey together.”
