💪 Let’s Roll Up Our Sleeves & Save Some Lives! 💉

The American Red Cross' national blood supply fell by ~25% in August as donor turnout dropped considerably. Right now, blood product distributions to hospitals are outpacing blood donations coming in. There used to be an average of 118 days between tragedies, but sadly that's no longer the case. However there's some good news: you can help them overcome this shortage by signing up to partake in next month's haunted blood drive!

On October 18th from 12-5pm we'll be at Freeland Spirits rolling up our sleeves to help save lives! Each pint of blood we collect can help save up to three lives and will touch the lives of SO many more. What a great way to pay it forward and make an impact on people within our community and across the country!

Each recipient of your blood donation has their own story; they could be an accident or trauma victim, cancer patient, a mother giving birth, a premature baby, a transplant recipient, or surgical candidate. Your impact goes beyond just that patient, however – it is multiplied by the impact it has on that person’s loved ones and the ripple effect spreads far and wide. Consider making your personal donation story part of the collective stories! It's not every day we have the opportunity to make such a lifesaving impact -- there are 16 donations slots left, let's fill it up!
